Buckinghamshire weddings are local to me

I’m based here, so I know the county’s mix of country houses, estates, barns and manor venues well.

Natural moments, never forced

I photograph the emotion, energy and atmosphere of the day without constantly pulling you away from it.

Relaxed portraits, no awkward posing

A little gentle direction when needed, so portraits feel easy, natural and still completely like you.

Group Photos Kept Short and Organised

Planned in advance and kept moving on the day, so you get the important photos without losing your drinks reception.

Photographing Weddings Across Buckinghamshire.

If you’re planning a wedding in Buckinghamshire and want photos that feel natural, stylish and full of real moments, you’re in the right place.

This is where I’m based, so Buckinghamshire weddings are genuinely local to me. I photograph celebrations across the county, from elegant country houses and historic estates to relaxed barns, manor venues and outdoor wedding spaces. Whether you’re getting married at Notley Abbey, Hedsor House, Chenies Manor, Halton House, Hartwell House, or somewhere completely different, I focus on telling the story of the day as it actually felt, without interrupting it every five minutes.

Most couples tell me they want great photos without spending the whole day posing. That’s exactly how I work. I’ll keep things calm, guide you when needed, help with the practical bits when it matters, and capture everything from the big moments to the smaller in-between ones you didn’t even realise were happening.

Because I know Buckinghamshire so well, I also know how different the county’s venues can feel on a wedding day. Some give you loads of space and time for portraits, while others work best with a quicker, more flexible approach. My job is to adapt to the venue, the light and the feel of your day, so the photography fits around the wedding rather than the other way round.

Real Weddings Across Buckinghamshire

A few real Buckinghamshire weddings to give you a feel for how I photograph different venues and celebrations across the county.

  • Exceptional photographer and a joy to work with!

Andy has been a pleasure to work with before, during, and after our wedding. He is a friendly and highly professional photographer who really listened to all our requests in our pre-wedding meeting, and we felt straight away that he would be an approachable and calming presence on our big day. On the day itself, his energy was fantastic – warm and positive – and he managed to capture every shot on our list without ever interrupting or intruding on the atmosphere. This is even more impressive given that we’ve since received the most beautiful pictures of intimate moments between us and our guests.

In terms of the photos he delivered, we are absolutely amazed. The candid shots of the day unfolding are particularly moving -they’re so natural yet perfectly captured. We are beyond pleased to have chosen Andy and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a brilliant photographer. He’s truly exceptional!
