Tricia and Martin originally planned to get married in April, but because of the COVID-19 lockdown, they postponed their wedding until late September.
Their socially distanced wedding was limited to 15 people in attendance for the wedding ceremony, and their wedding reception was limited to a sit-down meal with a maximum of 30 guests. They were very fortunate as new tighter COVID-19 restrictions were introduced shortly after their wedding.
Their ceremony took place at St Albans Register Office and still maintained a few personal touches. The registrar was a close friend of the couple, so that helped make the ceremony extra special. One small touch that I loved was that all the wedding guests wore customised facemasks throughout the ceremony that featured caricatures of Tricia and Martin on them.
Following the ceremony the newlyweds head to Savoro Restaurant in Hadley where they were joined by additional guests for a sitdown meal.
I took a few portraits of the Tricia and Martin within the restaurant and loved photographing the reactions to the speeches.
Many congratulations to Tricia and Martin!
