Amanda & Scott's Wedding at Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club

I began coverage of the wedding day photographing Amanda and her bridesmaids as they prepared for the day in Amanda’s home in Dunstable.
Amanda had wanted to get ready at home as she wanted to make sure her cat could feature in some of her wedding photos. Her cat was a superstar and sat perfectly next to her wedding dress while it was hung up in the hallway.

While I was busy photographing Amanda, my second photographer shot Scott as he got ready for the wedding in Cheshunt Marriot Hotel. His best men and ushers joined Scott.

Amanda travelled in style to the wedding venue in a Range Rover. On arrival, I took photos of Amanda as she got out of her wedding car and then took a few group shots with her together with her bridesmaids.

The ceremony took place At The Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club. It was a lovely ceremony full of nervous giggles. Following the service, guests head straight out the front of the manor house for a confetti shot.I then took candid shots of the guests and worked my way through a list of group shots that the couple had requested.
Towards the end of the drinks reception, we took a golf buggy out with the couple and stopped off at the lake for a few portraits and then returned them in time for wedding breakfast.

Speeches from the father of the bride, groom and his two best men were given at the end of the meal. One of the best men was Amanda’s brother, so he had the opportunity to provide a good fun insight into the couple.

The evening was kicked off with the cutting of the cake. The cake featured bride and groom panda cake toppers as Amanda adores Pandas. After the cutting of the cake, the couple had their first dance which was to a cover of “Wonderwall” which was sung by one of the couples very talented guests.

The evening was great fun with guests enjoying playing with props from their photobooth. In the evening we got everyone outside one final time for a sparkler shot. Sparklers are always great fun at a wedding and are a lovely way to end a wedding day!
